LOT items are brand-new surplus products originally manufactured for Europe, the USA, Japan, and other markets. Companies usually produce 10–15% extra units to cover quality control. All our LOT items are 100% original and unused . They are not fakes, first copies, or refurbished goods. You get the same quality as international buyers, just at a lower price.

You have 15 days after delivery to request a return or replacement. We arrange free pickup from your home . Once we receive the product, we process your refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.
