If you are not happy with the order you received, or it was damaged when received, we will offer you hassle free resolution. The rider will pick up the order from your doorstep and deliver brand new product, or the amount will be transferred to your wallet. Simple as that.

Important Notice About Refund Deductions (Govt Taxes on COD Orders)

As per the latest government regulations effective July 1, 2025, all courier companies in Pakistan are required to deduct and withhold:

- 2% Income Tax  
- 2% Sales Tax  

on the Cash on Delivery (COD) amount collected from the customer, and remit it directly to the government treasury on behalf of the seller (shipper).

Refund Policy for COD Orders:

If you placed a COD order and later request a refund:

- 4% of your original COD amount will be deducted (2% Income Tax + 2% Sales Tax) as this amount is paid directly to the government and is non-refundable.  

 Example Refund Calculation (For Clarity):

If your COD order total was Rs. 10,000:

- 4% Government Tax Deduction: Rs. 400  

Refund Amount = Rs. 10,000 – Rs. 400  = Rs. 9,600

We appreciate your understanding, as these deductions are mandatory government taxes, not retained by our store.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is undamaged and unused, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or any preferred wallet account within 15 working days.

Replacement Policy:

  • 15-Day Replacement Warranty:

If your product is defective or not as described, request a replacement within 15 days of delivery, fill out the form below for a prompt dispatch of the replacement. The defective item will be picked up when the new one is delivered.

  • Condition for Replacement:

The product must be in its original condition with no additional damage.

  • Video Proof for Replacements:

If your product has an issue, fill out the form below. Our team will ask you to send us a video demonstrating the issue along with the unboxing video. This helps us quickly assess the situation and process your request. The team will assess from the video if you need guidance on how to use the product correctly or if the product is faulty/has been damaged, and proceed accordingly.
