WhatsApp notice: When you message us, WhatsApp may process your phone number and message metadata under its own privacy policy. We use WhatsApp content only to provide support and handle claims.

7) How long we keep information (retention)
  • Orders, invoices & refunds: kept as long as needed for tax, accounting, and legal compliance.
  • Support tickets: typically up to 18 months after resolution.
  • Videos/photos for claims: typically up to 180 days after case closure, unless we need them longer for fraud prevention or legal purposes.
  • Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe or your account is inactive for an extended period.

We may retain data longer where required by law or to establish/defend legal claims.
