• You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law and use the site in compliance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
• Do not misuse the site (no scraping, security probing, or unlawful or infringing content).
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for protecting your account credentials (if any).
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations, suspected fraud or policy abuse.

• Products, specifications, images and availability may change without notice. Colours may appear differently due to screen settings.
• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change at any time. Taxes, duties and shipping are shown at checkout where applicable.
• We reserve the right to correct errors (including pricing) and to cancel orders arising from such errors.
• Promotions, coupons and bundles are subject to specific terms and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.

• Your order is an offer to buy. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the product(s) or otherwise confirm acceptance.
• We may refuse or cancel orders for reasons including unavailability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud or policy abuse. Any collected amounts will be reversed where applicable.
• Payments: we support COD and prepaid options (card, bank or wallet where available). For prepaid, processing is handled by third-party payment partners. We do not store full card details.
• Invoices and taxes: COD orders are subject to courier-withheld 4% government taxes (2% Income Tax + 2% Sales Tax) that are non-refundable on returns.

• Processing: usually 1–2 business days (orders on weekends and public holidays process the next business day).
• Delivery window: typically 2–5 business days across Pakistan. Remote areas may take longer. Timelines are estimates only.
• Tracking: shared via SMS or link after dispatch.
• Open-parcel checks: couriers generally do not allow opening before handover. Please record an unboxing video at home from the moment you open the parcel. See our Open Parcel Policy for exceptions.

• Window: 15 days from delivery for return or replacement (subject to conditions).
• Mandatory: an unboxing video is required for damage, dead-on-arrival, wrong or missing item claims.
• Condition: change-of-mind returns must be unused, re-sellable, with original box and all accessories.
• Courier charges: on approved cases, one side by us and one side by the customer = Rs 300 (customer share).
• Refund timing: within 15 working days after we receive and verify the returned item.
• COD refunds: 4% government deduction is non-refundable (courier-withheld for the government).
• Misuse not covered: burning, over-voltage, water ingress, drops, rough use, unauthorized repair, cosmetic wear.
• Evaluation rule: if condition on return differs from your unboxing video or policy is not met, the claim may be rejected and the item returned (standard courier charges apply).

• All content (text, images, graphics, logos, icons) is owned by Afridi Imports or its licensors and protected by IP laws.
• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works from site content without our written consent.

• By posting a review, question, image or video, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it on the site and our social channels for marketing and support.
• Do not post unlawful, misleading, defamatory or infringing content, or private data of others.
• We may remove or refuse content that violates these rules or appears fraudulent.

• The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness and non-infringement.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (courier backlogs, weather, outages, regulations, etc.).
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
• Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
• Courts located in Peshawar, Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and your use of the site.
• If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect (severability).

• We may modify the site, products, policies or these Terms at any time. Updates become effective upon posting with a new “Last updated” date.
• By using the site, you consent to receive transactional communications (order confirmations, shipping updates, policy notices) by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
