Afridi Imports – Open Parcel Policy (Cash on Delivery Orders Only)

At Afridi Imports, we value your trust and satisfaction. To ensure a transparent and worry-free shopping experience, we offer an Open Parcel Facility on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders under the following conditions:

✅ When Open Parcel Is Allowed

  • Available for COD orders delivered by our own riders or our partnered logistics (excluding TCS).

  • Customer may open the parcel in front of the delivery rider before paying.

  • You are allowed to:

    • Check the product quality

    • Inspect the model or design

    • Test basic functionality (if possible)

  • The product must not be taken away from the rider’s sight.

  • Rider is not responsible for explaining usage or features — inspection should be quick and basic.

  • Inspection must be completed within 2–3 minutes so the rider can deliver other parcels on time.

❌ When Open Parcel Is NOT Allowed

  • If your parcel is shipped via TCS (due to their policies).

  • If you selected TCS delivery yourself.

  • If Afridi Imports chose TCS for your area to ensure better delivery performance.

  • For prepaid orders, open parcel is not applicable (payment already received).

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Open parcel does not mean return or exchange at the door — it is only for inspection before payment.

  • If you're not satisfied, simply refuse to accept the parcel. No payment will be collected.

  • Once payment is made, our 15-Day Return & Replacement Policy applies.
