Highly Disappointing & Unprofessional Experience
I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and with the way my complaint has been handled.
The product shown in the Afridi Import video clearly features a good-quality, attractive camping chair cover/pouch. However, the chair I received came with a very poor-quality, cheap and practically useless cover, which is completely different from what was shown and represented in the promotional video.
This is not simply a matter of quality expectations — the product presentation and the actual item received do not match. Customers should receive what is advertised and demonstrated, not something substantially inferior.
What is even more disappointing is the customer service. I have been trying to resolve this issue for the past 72+ hours, including contacting them through email, WhatsApp, and their complaint channel, yet my issue has still not been properly resolved. Instead of addressing the problem professionally, I have been left waiting and repeatedly following up.
If you advertise one product and send something different and significantly lower in quality, that is unprofessional and unacceptable business practice.
I expected better from Afridi Import. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend them. Customers deserve honest representation, the exact product shown in advertisements, and timely customer support when something goes wrong.

Complaint Regarding Incorrect Chair Cover Received – Order #279204_1
Dear Afirdi Imports Sales Department,
I am writing to formally complain about the Starlight Camping Chair I received today against my order. The chair itself was ordered for Rs. 4,200, but the carrying/storage cover provided with it is not the same cover that was shown in your product listing, pictures, and video.
The purpose of purchasing this chair from Afirdi Imports was specifically because of the original, high-quality camping cover shown with the chair. The cover shown in your product images/video is a white/off-white, heavy and durable cover matching the chair, with “CAMPING” printed on it and a proper shoulder strap for carrying.
However, the cover I actually received is a black, lightweight parachute-type fabric cover, which is visibly different in material, appearance, quality, and design from the cover advertised on your website. I have attached pictures showing both the cover I received and the original cover displayed in your product listing for comparison.
I would also like to point out that your Sales Department contacted me before dispatch, and I specifically informed them that I wanted the same product and cover that was shown in the pictures/video. Despite this, a different and lower-quality cover was sent with my order. This is extremely disappointing and is not the professional way to deal with customers. Customers should receive the product and accessories that are represented in the listing and confirmed before dispatch.

I am not requesting a refund for the chair. I simply want the correct original cover that was advertised and that I was expecting when I placed the order.
Please arrange the correct cover to be sent to my address as soon as possible. I am also sharing the relevant product and parcel pictures with this email for verification.
I would appreciate it if your team could resolve this matter promptly and professionally.
