I ordered pocket size umbrella at the time of delivery i opened the package and got to know its defected not opening at all if button is pressed. I shared the video and requested to exchange. I paid delivery charges again for the replacement umbrella. I opened the package on the gate in front of the delivery guy and it had the same issue. I told him to take it back along but he didn't. I kept massging you on your WhatsApp number emailed you as well but no response from your side. I want you to refund my amount and take your umbrella defected umbrella back.

Here is a natural and professional English translation: The quality is very poor, especially the stick and the opening/closing mechanism. These will be given to children, and kids tend to use them quite roughly. The opening and closing action is very hard, and the sticks are not strong at all. If these are distributed during the rainy season, they are likely to break after just four or five times of being opened and closed because of the way children naturally handle them.
