LOT items are brand-new surplus products originally manufactured for Europe, the USA, Japan, and other markets. Companies usually produce 10–15% extra units to cover quality control. After fulfilling their orders, the leftover items are sold at a lower cost. Afridi Imports brings these genuine surplus products to Pakistan.

Q: Are LOT products original or copies?

All our LOT items are 100% original and unused . They are not fakes, first copies, or refurbished goods. You get the same quality as international buyers, just at a lower price.

Q: Why are LOT products cheaper than the market?

Because they are surplus stock , not regular retail. We buy in bulk directly from suppliers at low cost and pass those savings to you. That’s why our prices are often up to 10 times lower than traditional retailers.

Q: What is your return and replacement policy?

You have 15 days after delivery to request a return or replacement. We arrange free pickup from your home . Once we receive the product, we process your refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.

Yes! We offer an open parcel policy (except with TCS courier). You can inspect the product’s quality and basic function before paying. If you are not satisfied, simply refuse the parcel — no charges will apply.

You can visually inspect and do a basic check in front of the rider without removing the item from the rider’s sight. If not satisfied, do not accept the parcel. After payment, the 15 day return policy applies.
