How do I start a return?

Open the Return or Replace Your Order page, submit the form, and our team arranges pickup and refund or replacement.

Can I open the box and test the product before paying?

You can visually inspect and do a basic check in front of the rider without removing the item from the rider’s sight. If not satisfied, do not accept the parcel. After payment, the 15 day return policy applies.

What if my parcel arrives damaged?

Refuse the parcel during open parcel inspection or file a return within 15 days with photos and your order number.

What are LOT imported products?

LOT items are brand-new surplus products originally manufactured for Europe, the USA, Japan, and other markets. Companies usually produce 10–15% extra units to cover quality control. How long does delivery take?

Processing takes 1–2 business days, and shipping usually takes 2–5 working days depending on your city. We deliver across Pakistan.
