Question 1

Do LOT products come with a company warranty

Accepted Answer

Brand warranty may not always apply in Pakistan on surplus imports. Afridi Imports gives a 15 day return and replacement window for peace of mind.

Question 2

How do I start a return?

Accepted Answer

Open the Return or Replace Your Order page, submit the form, and our team arranges pickup and refund or replacement.

Question 3

Can I open the box and test the product before paying?

Accepted Answer

You can visually inspect and do a basic check in front of the rider without removing the item from the rider’s sight. If not satisfied, do not accept the parcel. After payment, the 15 day return policy applies.

Question 4

What if my parcel arrives damaged?

Accepted Answer

Refuse the parcel during open parcel inspection or file a return within 15 days with photos and your order number.

Question 5

What are LOT imported products?

Accepted Answer

LOT items are brand-new surplus products originally manufactured for Europe, the USA, Japan, and other markets. Companies usually produce 10–15% extra units to cover quality control. After fulfilling their orders, the leftover items are sold at a lower cost. Afridi Imports brings these genuine surplus products to Pakistan.

Question 6

Are LOT products original or copies?

Accepted Answer

All our LOT items are 100% original and unused. They are not fakes, first copies, or refurbished goods. You get the same quality as international buyers, just at a lower price.

Question 7

Why are LOT products cheaper than the market?

Accepted Answer

Because they are surplus stock, not regular retail. We buy in bulk directly from suppliers at low cost and pass those savings to you. That’s why our prices are often up to 10 times lower than traditional retailers.

Question 8

Do Afridi Imports products come with a warranty?

Accepted Answer

Most international brand warranties are not valid in Pakistan for surplus imports. However, Afridi Imports provides its own 15-day hassle-free return and replacement guarantee to give you complete peace of mind.

Question 9

What is your return and replacement policy?

Accepted Answer

You have 15 days after delivery to request a return or replacement. We arrange free pickup from your home. Once we receive the product, we process your refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.

Question 10

Can I open and check my parcel before paying?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We offer an open parcel policy (except with TCS courier). You can inspect the product’s quality and basic function before paying. If you are not satisfied, simply refuse the parcel — no charges will apply.

Question 11

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Processing takes 1–2 business days, and shipping usually takes 2–5 working days depending on your city. We deliver across Pakistan.

Question 12

Do you ship nationwide in Pakistan?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Afridi Imports ships to all cities in Pakistan through reliable courier partners.

Question 13

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We support Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer for most orders. For orders above Rs. 20,000, a 10% advance payment is required. Prepaid options may also be available at checkout.

Question 14

Are your products new or refurbished?

Accepted Answer

Our LOT items are brand-new surplus unless clearly marked otherwise. We do not sell second-hand or used items.

Question 15

What happens if my product arrives damaged?

Accepted Answer

If your parcel is damaged on arrival, you can refuse it during open parcel inspection or file a return within 15 days. Share photos and your order number, and we’ll arrange free pickup and refund/replacement.

Question 16

Can I place a bulk or wholesale order?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we accept bulk and corporate orders. Special pricing may be available. Please contact our sales team for more details.

Question 17

Why choose Afridi Imports over local shops or Daraz?

Accepted Answer

Because we offer original LOT imported items, backed by a 15-day return guarantee, open parcel policy, and 300,000+ satisfied customers. Many local shops or marketplaces do not provide these assurances.
