What we’re looking for:

2+ years of solid experience managing social media (brand or agency side)
- A Media/Marketing/Communication degree is a must
- You should know how to write posts that talk to people, not at them
- Understand tone, language, and how to create a consistent brand image
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter
- Can handle DMs, comments, feedback — and turn them into opportunities
- Plan calendars, manage content teams, and keep engagement real
- Bonus: Knows paid ads basics, meme culture, and what makes people stop scrolling
