We’re looking for a Sales Rep who loves talking to people and knows how to turn conversations into sales — without sounding like a script.

What you’ll do:

• Call customers to confirm orders and provide product details
• Attend incoming calls and help customers with their queries
• Respond on WhatsApp with clear and friendly communication
• Help guide customers toward the right purchase
• Follow up, build trust, and close sales
• Maintain clear records of conversations and feedback

What we’re looking for:

• Strong communication skills (Urdu + basic English)
• Confident while speaking on phone and chatting
• Customer-centric attitude — polite, helpful, and solution-focused
• Eagerness to learn and improve
• Newcomers/fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Sales or call center experience is a plus, but not required
