We’re looking for a Finance & Accounts Officer who’s more than just a data entry operator — someone who can build and maintain a clean, efficient financial system from the ground up.
This role requires a strong grip on QuickBooks (Desktop & Intuit Online) and other CRM tools, along with the ability to set up accounting structures that lead to accurate financial reporting.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Setting up and managing QuickBooks and related accounting systems
- Keeping financial data clean, reconciled, and audit-ready
- Preparing Profit & Loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
- Managing chart of accounts, tax records, invoicing, and monthly closings
- Using CRM and finance tools to automate processes and improve accuracy
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Ensuring timely, accurate, and transparent reporting for management
- Coordinating with auditors and ensuring financial compliance
Who we’re looking for:

5+ years of experience with a Commerce/Accounting degree
- OR
-
2+ years of experience for ACCA, CA, or CMA qualified candidates
- Strong technical knowledge of QuickBooks, accounting CRMs, and reporting tools
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the finance function
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized
